I think..

If one can get it in nature.. in the proportions and with the effort it takes to get naturally... one should be healthy enough for what comes.

Seems to work for the animals.

Healthy eating and exercise...and treats in moderation...should keep one healthy, well it does me..I haven't really been sick for years.

No matter what that "radio personality" expressed, weight is indeed important to good health! And I have heard that the best exercise for losing weight is to simply shake your head back and forth No when offered seconds . . .
