I absolutely loved that. I could just see it happening. I lived a lot of my childhood in the country and went to a country church. Some funny things do happen there. Be blessed.

Haha!! No wonder it is a favorite story for T!!! A great idea, to tell her all these. I like how Ari searches for truth too; sign of a future upstanding man.

a Hillatious start to the stories. I would have wet my pants if I was sitting next to her. And would have had to leave for I was brought up a good little methodist girl and one Did not giggle in Church.

What a wonderful tale from the past.  It made me remember the time I was visiting a church in another town while on a trip.  A little old lady sitting in the pew in front of me had on a wig over her very thin sparse hair, but I had not noticed that until, during the sermon, she lifted the wig off and scratched her head vigorously and then sat the wig back on her head.  It was all I could do to keep from bursting into laughter.
