I am so sorry to hear of Rocky's passing..It is very hard on those who love the pets when they pass on, and even when there is a child involved.

Your son is such a wonderful person. I am often amazed at all he does and takes care of, loves and appreciates his son so beautifully. I am sorry about the loss of Rocky and I shall pray for your son to get across to Phil and that Phil will accept it.

border collies, my favourite breed. I grew up with them...or was brought up by one especially. I am sorry Rocky is gone such a wonderful doggie.

I will miss him too; he looks just like my dog as a teen and a young adult, Rhondo. Sorry for the loss.

how its like losing a family member. I remember when last year my daughter had to finally take her dog to be put down it was so sad and when our pitbull died on her own

That's really a shame. It's tough to lose any pet, as they have a way of becoming a big part of the family. Hopefully he didn't suffer near the end . . .
