One of the biggest flaws in argument and debate is when someone takes a stance of some kind of perfection or ideal, and doesn't remember that they themselves don't meet the ideal.

I don't read the ones that only upset me. I do not mind getting riled up some, stimulated to think and work feelings out in words. I do think about those qualities, because so much good could come of them, and yet, we tend to handle them so badly, that much ill comes of them. Why do we do that? Why don't we do something that fixes some of that ill? What could we do, that we don't realize? Those kinds of questions have always engaged my mind. Sometimes, getting riled brings me to a thought that might be of the helpful kind.
And some things upset that one didn't see coming. That's life, yes?
