This is exactly what you see in the Bible. The war between Satan and God. God has won but Satan is not though, he has not given in to defeat. His character is to kill, steal and destroy. His followers kill for him. God is about life and his followers are followers because he did not ask us to literally die but gave his son up to die and be reseructed again so that the then Gentiles could come to God with their Jewish brothers and sisters. It is a very sad situation.

All of these things you write about have no good endings, and yet to speak ill of them draws much complaints, while those of the Christian faith are crusified without a word...It is as if the world has been drinking bad water.

There seems to be no understandable reason why a Christian would convert to muslim, yet they do.  Shanea grew up with my sons, attended our church, and seemed very well grounded.  Recently she contact me as Aisha and has been receiving teaching/training in the muslim faith.  I hope she does not come to harm, and that no one else does through anything she does in her new religion.

Converting seems to be a problem. My brother was raised a Lutheran.  He converted to a Jehovah's Witness.  When he converted he changed.  Prior to his incarceration his high conflict with spouse over foundational issues, his Witness group helped him in NO WAY.  They have forgotten he was their group.  Sad thing he turned his back on his family and friends who were in his life prior to the conversion.

I see it like this.  You are taught right from wrong before joining a religious group.  Why then is it necessary to join a group to study and learn a new way of life?  Those who must, in my view, have a deficiency of some type in their lives that is soothe by joining any group.

There are , as far as I know, several members of the Brothers actively recruiting members here in South Florida... I know because a friend of mine was approached a few months ago and encouraged to join them.  He is a Muslim born and raised here but his family is from Saudi Arabia ( yes,  like Bin Laden ) He is not a practicing Muslim and I think  totally questions the existence of G-d, but his parents and sisters do attend services at their local mosque and it was through them that he was contacted.  The whole thing spooked him so much that he spoke to me and other friends asking our opinion as if he should report the meeting to someone... As far as I know he did do taht, but we have not spoken of the subject again.   <<>> they are like roaches this brothers... they are  everywhere!  Be well  xoxoxo

I'm still trying to figure out why she would even convert....no surprise about CAIR's reluctance to have the FBI sniffing around.

It's too bad we can't figure out a way to get these backward cretins to pick on and destroy each other, and leave the Christians and Jews out of it . . .

I've long been suspicious of CAIR, and this seemingly small incident is one of many reasons. For a group who is supposed to be advocating justice and understanding, they sure do seem eager to avoid all contact with the FBI.

If I am not mistaken in the area around Virginia and Maryland we have a large group of Brotherhood members very active in a lot of things. There is another name I will try to look into this a bit and send it to you. Good post!
