Remember when Mr. Rogers wore the same sweater year after year....and sang, "Won't you be my neighbor?"  LOL

Style makes so much difference when dealing with the public

I liked the well dressed teachers. Looking uptight and being uptight makes a difference. I guess it is true what my husband says about me.  He says I am too confrontational. I had a student remark indirectly about the size of my feet. I went directly to the student and said I am perfectly balanced and have a clumsy cousin with dispropotioned feet.  That student attempted to become a teacher's pet. No way.

Hi,

I am so sorry but I accidentally deleted your comment on my blog.  I think you would be a terrific teacher.  Education truly needs more people like you who care about their students.

And when I went to school the teacher wore a shabby (because they were poor) suit and tie....How things changed. But the Blue sweater does sound nice and practical as well. Nice post FSI.
