I have been enjoying a somewhat lengthy love affair with both Ezra Levant and Mark Steyn (entirely appropriate, I have assured Hubby) so was very glad indeed to hear this news!

Yes. The idea that "Preventive measures do not require proof of actual harm" as a defense for Section 13 was like putting the cart before the horse. Was it Ghandi who said "Truth never damages a cause that is just." ?
