Yes, as soon as they own the business, but not a minute sooner. When I owned my business if someone would have told me what I could or could not pay I would simply close up shop and do it my self.

With my Dad being a business owner and from what I see, I feel that a wage board seeing the hours of part-time employees would be a bad idea, assuming that they are saying that an employee has to work x amount of hours. Now if they want to set the hours that distinguish full and part-time employees, I have no problem with that though they must think of the consequences.
