I do try to keep the next generation in mind because this is when the educaton of that generation is happening. Thank you for the comments.

I agree with you completely. They seem to not have the bright light I am use too. And what really is disheartening is not all outlets can use them, they simply don't fit. I have three in my house where this is the case. At the same time with the energy saving measures I am doing, there is certainly a difference in my pwoer bill.

the new bulbs have been in use here in Canada and in Australia for years, I don't say i love them but am used to them now.
