I hope the thought is not that you might pull out. Prices are rising it is a lousy situation, you have to sweat it out now.

After all you have been through, I hope no one I know ever again decides to buy a house involved in a short sale.

This is starting to sound like one big, crazy, convoluted scheme to mess with your life!! I can't believe the level of incompetence being displayed by these people. At the very least, I hope you'll be able to get that interest rate locked in!!

I have to go back and get an update on what has been going on before I comment. I don't think I'm going to like it.

There may be, but if so, I really can't recall a situation as convoluted and frustrating as the one you find yourself in...But I do admire you for persevering, and certainly hope that things will work out in the end...

Those folks are not worth the stress of the headaches, but it is understandable that you would have them. It would be great if you could lock the interest rate in. I have heard on the news that homes are going for more flexible rates now, not as good. I hope your patience pays off and this can be workable for you. Prayers go your way
Keep looking up, that is the way to get direction.
