Re:Ms. Judy
The marriage lasted 21 years. We were divorced in '81, he remarried and his 2nd wife divorced him after 20 years. His health was shattered by a rare enzyme deficiency and he had a liver transplant in '92, passed away just a year ago. We had become friends again, forgave much, accepted all. No regrets.

53 years is a wonderful milestone! I thought my marriage of 27 yrs was to last forever but that was not to be..that was 13 yrs ago..I remarried and so did he. His has lasted but my again ended in heartache..But life goes on and we preserve. Maybe there will be another for me but at this stage in my life I don't hold out for that anymore.. So congratulation and celebrate it fully.
