From what I understand, any form of exercise is better than no exercise at all! Even going for a simple walk can be beneficial. A sedentary life-style can be a beckoning for death! And I guess "good stress" and "bad stress" is the equivalent to "healthy fats" and "unhealthy fats." A better understanding of the difference helps us all. Hope you have an excellent weekend as well . . .

nice post. I used to do water robics and just loved it.
Now my garden keeps me well exercised.
