Many people do and this is a benefit to the job force and to the retiree. So many people are in the retirement age group that a lot of trades are lossing the education within the trade.

Yes, the financial aspect is one thing, but I think for a lot of retirees, it's the time now available to pursue certain endeavors. Sometimes it takes years for that "creative bug" to rise to the surface . . .

I know that for myself I don't really care about time very much and all week is a weekend. Yes we are very relaxed.

Very true. I also think response and reaction to family and friends change also. A don't care attitude can be relaxing. Great post.
