I think it's some sort of instinct or perception

to a force that we humans don't necessarily pick up on. Could be a slight shift in the sunlight levels, or maybe they're just more in tune with the earths rotations? Whatever it is, my cat is better than any alarm clock - I haven't slept in once since she came to live with me (no matter how badly I might want to on a Saturday...)

They get your rhythm so thoroughly, especially if you're not aware

you have one. My Miss Kitty wasn't as lively, didn't retrieve or collect tennis balls, but she knew down to the minute it seems, what time it was.

Besides, people get all excited when they see a lot of comments, and then the balloon is popped when the see its just me...But even that is gone by now, and yet it is now.

Love you dog stories.

But dogs on the other hand, and cats and fishes in the bowl, know that.

As you know Naut, I don't believe in time, its always now, never then or was.

Reading this reminds me that timing is everything.

Graysome has timing whatever...he knows to start annoying Wiley for Supper

that he can expect at 6.00pm. He doesn't necesarrily eat it ...it is the ritual. Then he stalks me around 10.00pm because he knows I have to go to the basement and clean his personal toilet. He may go back to sleep on the bed while I am doing the dirty work...or he may follow me down hide and then race me up the stairs. They are good fun.

We had a big storm yesterday and were off the net. couldn't read any of my friends.

Ben seems to have conquered not only your schedule but your heart as well :-)  They say that dogs resemble their owners and Ben is smart, independent,  curious loves walking and enjoys  sports  ( at least his own :  ball tossing lol )  He respects authorities and keeps to a schedule...He is indeed a very special dogie... so I guess "they" are right  :-)  xoxoxo
