I have. I went to the home of a person related to a friend. The house is huge. I went in ther living room and the christmas tree is still up. More than likely it remains up and relieves the need to put up yearly. Also on a road I travel a lot, a family keeps them on year round. It is one thing to leave them hanging and off, but these are on nightly.

My dad still has Christmas lights on our office at Location B...I saw a restaurant that has a wreath around its fake animal.
