Re: CCT,
I am not sure Violetta would manage two miles, not only because she is *ahem* a touch portly, but also because of the other cats, racoons and foxes she might encounter. She is feisty, but was declawed in infancy by the lady who rescued her and her sibs from a barn, and prepared them all similarly for adoption: neutering and declawing, and basic shots and other vet stuff.
She is still an excellent mouser.

There was a programme on the tele showing the night time adventures of cats some even went two miles away at night, I don't think mine would tolerate a camera dangling from its neck though.

Cats
They're so wonderfully (annoyingly) independent, and have such attitude. Glad Violetta is safe and sound!

Very cute picture of Davy, LOL! And I know what you mean when speaking of being worried about Violetta! Bubbles is no longer allowed out at all, period, 'cause we don't know how late she'd stay out. And in this neighbourhood the coyotes are trolling for cats at night...

They're so mysterious - even when they're asleep you know they've
gone off somewhere on their own journey. :)
