I like the heat and licking chocolate from my fingers, but we do not have the humidity here like you do there.

Well I think I shall have to put the heating on Taps I have done washing and it needs a bit of heat to dry. Are those cakes fattening?

I find myself starting to run the A/C more and more. Our summers in Maryland tend to start before the season officially does.

the freezing of the coffee seems a great idea. So do the lacy
curtains blowing and the children laughing, music playing, birds singing. No the only reason you will shut that out is becuase it will get real hot later on.

I love the idea of freezing coffee. Hadn't even thought of that...
It must feel so nice, the breeze and the distant music, the curtains moving lazily in the breeze. Great description of an ideal summer day. :)

We have the A/C going today...
It is a hot, muggy day here with possible severe storms developing later...much too humid to sit outdoors,unfortunately....

Great ideas... frozen peanut butter cups and frozen coffee cubes!
I made iced coffee this morning, with a dollop of chocolate almond milk.
Here's another idea: frozen grapes--like little bites of sherbet!

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to the extreme heat either ( I'm definitely a winter person! ). But freezing those Reese's treats is a great idea! I too have had my share of dealing with messy, soup-like peanutbutter cups! I want to eat them, not wear them . . .
