It is good for males to think about the pros and cons before investing. The thinking could lead to deciding whether more money and time invested now would match later and if they are willing and prepared. At times it is better to take your time.

Well, they say that sometimes B.S. makes the world go 'round. But it's also said that you can't con a con man. This manager seems to be wielding a double-edged sword, or at least attempting to. It would be difficult to trust almost anything he says . . .

Oh yes, the manager is coming across as a B.S. artist. The information that you have provided shows me that...Buying the things from Habitat for Humanity sounds like it has potential.
