I have a feeling that the previous owner never had future owners in mind when he created the water damage as he did. And hey, nothing wrong with a "quiet neighborhood!" I think you're in the home-stretch now . . .

Peter and Angelia bought a grand old house in Cameron where she was born and raised. It needs so much work done to make it livable that she and great-grandbaby is temporarily living with her sister. But while she is waiting for Peter to get home on his pre-deployment furlough, things are going really well on the house because so many people are working with her and helping....her mom and dad, Peter's mom and dad, and other relatives. The changes are happening very quickly. I think Peter will be so surprised at how much has been accomplished.
