Great Finds!
I've never been much for thrift stores - I never seem to find any good deals, or items that I need/want.

My two youngest can make million dollar finds at thrift shops.
Which they discovered when they moved to Seattle years ago. Daughter wearing thrift store outfit on the bus from W. Seattle was accosted by some guy on his way to the meth clinic. He said 'you Bellevue bitches need to drive your beemers and stay the hell off the Metro so the ones who need it can find a seat.' She didn't know whether to be flattered or insulted....

Sounds like it is a good place to find deals, years ago I used to search the stalls for jugs small ones I used to post them on here, they were quite expensive at times, but it appears that time has overtaken this hobby and the same kind of article is cheaper now than twenty years ago . New homeowners appears to be less sentimental and do not want the bother of dusting etc.

It's great fun hunting for bargains, but I haven't done it in quite a while - the house is kinda full, LOL. And the nutcracker is magnificent! Even I love it, although it doesn't look much like my doggie...
