I very much dislike water problems and having to have plumbers/maintenance men in to work on things. Back when I lived in the big old family house, I used to have to get Roto Rooter in every once in a while because of a lot of tree roots.

I am cleaning my house and it's mostly dust build up but it is a huge chore anyway! He may want to rethink the whole thing! Cleaning is nothing but work! Happy Birthday to your daughter, too!

Maybe. But then again, maybe not! They say a sucker is born every minute, but when it comes to real estate, people are a little more discerning! Make sure he fixes all the pipes! I hope your daughter enjoys her puppy . . .

They're cheaper to buy, and with a bit of work can be a great investment. It's not for everyone though - lots of work and the cost of renovations can be horribly high!
Your manager should be clear that the place needs a lot of work, so people know what they're getting into!
