Try going to Download Windows Live Mail 2011 from Official Microsoft Download , and see if you can work your way my friend!!!!!!

I really don'tlike Outlook at all so I can imagine if you have further glitches...when we get our new computer, and we will, I'm hoping it will be with a better e-mail program..
