a huge amount of work....98% of N/Homes I would NOT work in.

Running a nursing home I am sure you understand it will take some activism and collective thinking to get this generation to a 'new norm' of standardize care.

yes it would...I used to run a nursing home and it was hard work and constant but well worth while to NOT have so many aweful things happen.

I know the US is not the only place this is a tremendous problem. I just think that too many people look the other way or close their eyes because it will require some action on their part. Wouldn't it be nice if we all took some responsibility and search for some answers.
