Bummer, Naut. I think computer issues are the most frustrating
thing I can imagine. Don't you think young people here in North America could make a really good living just doing tech assistance for computer owners?

I know...they try to teach them to speak with an English accent and give them English names...as if we can't tell! I don't care where they are from as long as they treat with respect and solve the problem...I find that some countries think of women as second rate citizens at best and tend to wave away any concerns as if we don't know what we are doing. Give me customer service that listens to my problem, solves and treats with me respect ...
