Wow! They're much stricter down there than up here for rental properties! Then again, a landlord cannot legally ask for a deposit in Quebec either, so just has to hope the place is left clean with all intact.

I hate to say it but, my mother is coming for a visit from Texas in a couple of days, so my wife and I will have our own hands full cleaning up around the house! Sorry, no time to spare over here . . .

wow sounds like a normal company always finding something wrong and blaming you instead of them. Good luck in the new place I am sure you will finally be calling it yours soon

Congrats! Am so happy that things are finally working out for you. Glad the new tenant loves the flowers and will be taking care of them. Lots of people don't clean as well as you did or document everything either.

Power to you and a great job keeping up with what you did or did not do and have with evidence. Too many are taken advantage of daily because they are not diligent in keeping up with receipts, etc. At times I am guilty!

no I wouldn't spend money like on the floors before it was mine but I
can see that I am singing into the wind. LOL.
Enjoy yourself and Congratulations on getting through that inspection. Silly stuff and yes picky but if you get your money back, then the caution and the clean was worth it.
