Re:
Have you been lifting that new baby Jay? You really should have worked your way up say a pound of sugar for a start. I don't know what muscle relaxers are to be honest, but I am glad you have them,

Re: There are so many facets to each day's jewel you post here.
Don't know Pat we rarely eat meat it has not had a very good press here. I used to love a steak and kidney pudding, but that's life. We seem to live on fish, Arthur says the fish that does not taste fishy is the freshest. I might get some Bovril tomorrow I just feel like a cup of that.

Re: Re Kabu
So buy another pack of peas and write on them "do not use, these are my cold pack. I sit them where the sun don't shine!!!!" That will set things straight.

I hope you continue to be better. Yes love is eternal. None of us are worthy, but God steps in and makes us worthy an wants us to ask anything of him. Be blessed.

There are so many facets to each day's jewel you post here.
I hope you're feeling tip top and the muscle strain works itself out by the time you read this. If it's muscle that needs repair, would eating protein (like a steak) help??

Re Kabu
I think a pack of peas from the freezer would do Kabu, but Arthur would not cook them afterwards, he's like that, but thinks I am the strange one. I do take your advice and chuckle at your funny little expressions.

I am sorry you are still suffering a strain to the side. Try a cold pack
on it for about 15 minutes. It will reduce the inflammation...but you never take my advice, why do I bother. (cos I want to 'elp)
