Amazing! I have a close friend ( I've mentioned him a few times in some of my blogs ) who has the very same condition. But believe it or not, his is actually more severe, if you can imagine that! His skin is like leather, because the bulk of his pores are either completely closed, or simply do not function properly. And, he has no sweat glands! Summers are murder for him, and he usually has to either stay inside in the air-conditioning, or like you, continuously douse himself with cold water, and walk around all day in wet t-shirts! I think it may be time to head north to cooler climates . . .

Yes a heat stroke at your age can be devastating. I have one four years ago and it was very bad. Take care of yourself. Be blessed.
