Going over this list, it's amazing how many of these pieces of advice I already follow, even though I am not diabetic in any way, shape or form. For me, it's mostly preventative, especially since I married a vegetarian! More fruits and vegetables, a little more fish ( although I'm not really much of a seafood eater ) and a lot less red meat! In 10 years, I've lost over 40 lbs., and my last two physicals were perfect! Yes, I must be doing something right . . .

mI’m diabetes type 2 and thin. I dig those veggies. And my landlady has a couple tomato plants for fresh tomatoes later love. BC-A, Bill’s R®st
