I wish I could give blood, since I have an uncommon type, but having cancer has given me a permanent exemption. I used to give regularly, but now I can't so I urge others to do so. What a great idea for the new years.

Cynthia,
I couldn't get over the questions asked here when I gave blood recently.with the new Cdn. Blood Services, time I got off the planet I think. Like about my sexual preferences and habits and such. Damn, well, I have my new card anyway so I give when I can!! Good for you and Happy New Year!! Organic beef eh? Hmmmm. Well, they do say that the chances of human's being harmed by "mad cow" are like 1 in 1 billion, what do ya know of that?? Love to have your response to that Cynthia!!Happy New Year

Slutty, funny you sould say that. My dad
said the same thing when I told him what we were doing for New Years, but he meant it! What's weird is that it's the first time I ever heard that sort of God/heaven talk from his lips. Must be because he feels the end is in sight for himself.

Wow...
..amazing about the blood tests. S. and I were just talking about giving blood but now that I've read your post I guess it would be a wasted trip for S....he lived in England and Europe until 1995. Thanks for the post and good about buying organic beef eh? And...Happy New Year to you Cynthia!!

That's a shame - giving blood is the easiest way to get into Heaven. Yeah, the more blood you donate, the better seat you get.
You could always give blood in England. If you don't mind the butcher nurses, that is.
