How truly sad that people use violence as a form of communication....why not think of solutions instead of exacerbating the problem?

Tempers are high, people have had enough, one thoughtless word overheard
is enough to light the Cannon. I fell most concerned and am praying for commonsense to prevail...yet I cannot blame people if they feel that this has gone too far.
