Well Naut,  My trees are only bush and I have been groaning the amount of blossom is immense which means I shall have to pick hundreds of baby apples off . Perhaps we may be lucky and get a June drop, last year the late cold did the job. I think the birds are stone chats. They have not moved much since I last looked. Like your flowers, where is Ben?

SO nice, Naut! I miss lilacs. My friend tried planting young lilac bushes here once, but at the time there were 5 dogs running around loose, and she put them right in their line of attack. They didn't last long.

Ah, the lilacs - not just beautiful but scented...

We had an ancient lilac at the house where I raised my kids - I miss that sometimes. What a charming situation there, all the blooms and cheer.

Wonderful pics, all of our lilacs are gone now and the blooms trimmed back for next year, the apple blossoms too, but the iris and the wild rose are getting ready to explode...Love your yard and I love spring too.

Nautikos

Oh those are so beautiful. I love lilacs but they do not do well in our area because of temperature. By the way do you dehydrate any apples? They are wonderful for cooking later. Thanks for sharing this.
