Your daugther finding a place has been tough, I see. Here is to hoping that something pans out...I recently had a leak as well with a pipe under my sink that I was able to get taken care of.

Yeah, it's always something, isn't it? My first thought was that it could have been a dog too. But I guess a leaky pipe is better than a leaky manager! I hope the repair costs aren't too high . . .

I do not like plumbing problems as well! They seem to add up to big bucks in the long run! It's tough finding a place these days! I know she will get one eventually! sam
