very true...i have a folder that i started with things for my service...less my kids and hubby will have to worry about when it happens

i hope everyone realizes how important this post is,
this is a pressing issue and thank you for presenting it....as a health care worker, we are instructed to not talk about religion unless the patient tells us what they want, like maybe reading the bible to them. we are also instructed to never talk politics, as we may say something upsetting to the patient. i find these good rules to follow. and never thought about writing down my wishes as to these issues, but will do it now. wills we all know we need to have them.
