Current events have interruped the lives of most people.  Hope you can enjoy Spring and Summer.

Haha - love your title, Taps. Reading the daily news is enough to make one question if we're still on the same page as everyone else. I often shut it down with a shake of my head, feeling confused about the why's and wherefore's. Blogit is calmer. Was nice to hear from you!

Re: Nautikos

I am afraid there are people here that have never read the book, or seen the movie, of "Girl, Interrupted" by Susanna Kaysen who was a patient in a psychiatric hospital in the 1960's, and will wonder why on earth I was telling those things.  LOL.  I'm afraid that since I spent part of my nursing career working with the mentally ill, I find books like that very interesting.

Pretty bizarre! I'm glad I'm not Susanna either . . .

TAPS

In one fell swoop you managed to answer a lot of questions neither I nor, possibly, anybody else had asked, though I can't vouch for the others, of course, LOL...But in doing so you showed me (and them) that you're in fine fettle in every way, and that's wonderful...

Re: Pat_B

It will go wonderfully well, because I want a signed copy for myself before I kick the bucket.

I have been looking at the Laz e boy chairs Taps I wish my old one would fall to pieces.

We might get a frost here tonight I have just covered my dahlias with fleece.

Archie has been pulling up ivy in the rain, his wife is spending time on the new computer.

My doctor friend brought me a pack of printing paper and I supplied her with a bundle of

plants.  I think she has loads of money, but is careful. This is to save you the energy of looking on my blog as I have not got a lot to say today. Be happy.

Thank you, Taps. You just helped decide me what step to take now.

I've been wobbling on an indecision about marketing something I've written, letting the wobble keep me from writing the query letter. So my story about 1890, "Woman's Work" set in southern Arizona is it. We'll see how it goes.

I hope that you feel better...I've noticed too that it seems that mystery novels are the only type of book that are written.

Re: Justi

I'm pretty satisfied to be anywhere I am, or need to be, except waiting in a doctor's office for an appointment.  I have one of those coming up on Monday, and I would rather do anything else at all.  LOL

Re: lustorlove

A novel, but it made me go to Bisbee, Tucson, Prescott, and a few others via Google maps and look around via their street cameras.

It is so obvious you are not one of those who have to be in some place other than home. Take up dancing again if you need more exercise. I keep asking George if we might to to the senior center and dance. He just looks strangely at me and says,"we aren't seniors". Try telling yourself you are no senior it makes me feel better. Love you lady and your writing.
