My elder daughter had lasik last year, and is still disappointed in the results, she says: she still can't shoot laser beam from her eyes.

Good to hear it. Believe it or not, even though my wife's eye surgery was three months ago, she still has some redness in the corner of her eye, and some slight blurriness. It really takes quite some time for the eye to heal!
