Re: jimmy

when i wrote this piecet i never thought about an empty womb, but rather what i may have heard in my mothers womb. it makes one sad to think they cause someone distress with somthing they wrote.   you know that i have 2 sons, they are almost 7 years apart in age  and when my first was reaching about 4 i thought i would never have another, as i wanted at least 3-4 children.  so my lhusband and i started to look into adoption, but before we got a child, i conceived.  i had a cousin that was told she woud never have children so she adopted and raised a son and when he turned 18 she had her own child.

so take heart, we do not know what life has instore, i wish you the best.

Re: cc

i think you are right about the watery sounds and why the sound of water is soothing. what is going on outside must be muffled sounds at best.

I think there may be a couple of ways to interpret this. My wife and I have no children ( but not from a lack of trying ) and I believe this could be seen as something somewhat sad and depressing to think about . . .

I think it is a feeling of security most of the time with soft watery sounds probably why folk like the sound of a babbling brook. Quite an interesting piece.
