Yeah, sounds like a lot of bull to me too! If it had been a lone, isolated incident, that's one thing. But for it to have gone on for TEN YEARS right under their noses? How could they not know . . .?

Maybe there was a reality warp, but didn't the early reports speak of 3
who were involved in all this?
As to what they or anyone says... Anyone can say anything. And everyone lies, especially to ourselves.
If they are, in fact, innocent, how could they say so, that would not use the same words as the lie, if they are not innocent?

Are their claims credible? No. Is it nonetheless possible they didn't know? Yes...Much would depend on the 'family dynamics', the degree to which they socialized, etc. Maybe they never had much contact with one another, didn't like one another for all kinds of reasons...
