Thanks CCT. I wrote this several years ago and when I posted it here, I had pictures of Cherokee Roses to go along with the poem. I had taken them whilst hiking the mountain crossings in Tennessee and North Carolina and on the reservation. I tried to find them for this post but either the folder I had them in has vanished (a few computer crashes have happened) or it is hiding from me really well!...Thank you...
