Now you can rest and enjoy mother's day, how nice of your son to want everything right for you! I would like doing those things, then staying quiet for a while.

I understand your laments completely. Yes, concerts are too loud, you don't always have to eat out, and besides the bedbugs, there aren't too many movies out today worth seeing anyway! You go ahead and continue to do your own thing, walker or no walker! Glad you got a chuckle out of it . . .

You have saved what sanity I have left. As I read the first paragraph I saw myself and tought "Thank the Lord I am not gone yet I just have what TAPS has. I call it IPMAS it is for a better term thought of in my household as Independant Past Middle Age Syndrome.

Haha! Love the interaction between Son and you. As for the racing around, I had enough of that in Japan to last me years....and years!! I can completely relate!

You little rascal Taps. Anyway it gave you both a good bit of fun. Nice to know you have one at hand. A son I mean.

I have a few friends who are always "go, go, go." They are tough to keep up with. The walker story struck me funny.

I think I understand Son #1's initial reaction, but I'm glad he found the humour in it...

It's good to have the issues you mentioned...
Great to have your particular kids - I know you enjoy playing jokes on them, as they do on you. Love it!!!

I know what you mean I am not too much in socializing but when my daughter is off she spends at least 80% of her time with me and when she goes back to work I know I can rest

heh!
A friend of my gals when they were all in high school lived with his mom... He told her in some moment of exasperation, "When you're in the home, I'm going to get you a rubber walker!"
