It's Necessary
I also have a cat, and she also has multiple food and water bowls. And there's no place to hide for the person who fails to make sure ALL the dishes are properly filled and fresh! My cat believes in severe punishment for her plebeian house-mates.

I had a cat named Fluffy as a child that looked a lot like your cat. I still remember that cat.

Well Naut I think she does look a bit superior, one can sympathise with Ben. He probably wonders what goes on in the Cat World. I bet he would like a drink of that water.

It does amaze me how cats can be so aloof yet so subtly demanding when needing attention regarding their needs. That's one contented cat you have there...
