i love watching HGTV, they find fixer upers and they fix them up so nice, but you have to have a good structure to begin with.

You were probably better off simply driving away. Sometimes I'm not sure which is worse . . . certain houses that look terrible on the outside, but the interior is actually quite nice, or a place where the outside looks wonderful, but the interior leaves much to be desired! You have to be careful! Happy hunting . . .

I don't think that they'll find someone willing to take it. With the condition you're describing, it sounds like it would be better just to tear it down and start anew. That's what happened to a house near me as it was overrun with mould.
