I don't disagree, but do you think that part of the problems currently facing America came from a serious lack of government regulation? I am speaking specifically about their "cutting of red tape" on lending, and the housing crash that followed...
The argument could be made that, while over-regulation is certainly suffocating, people need some boundaries to abide by.
