Well snow will only be a token, it will not last hopefully. I noticed a frost here early but the sun came up and wiped it away.

its going to be in the 80's here in da lou....i know that i don't care to see any more snow this year...at least not until christmas eve

We're finally seeing the first leaves showing their tips! But as far as our geese are concerned - they never left!

I am sure that it's Spring when our Canadian Geese arrive...and they're here!!!

I'm not sure that doves migrate, so their presence may not be a sign

of real spring. I've seen 'em around here, two pairs and a couple younger ones, since before I put out the bird feeder in late January. And the darn starlings we always have with us.

You're still dealing with the possibility of snow, this close to May? Incredible! And I believe that mourning doves always travel in pairs as mates ( if they were mourning doves, that is ). When you see one by itself, the other is probably not too far behind . . .
