Well, I've always said, if Felix Unger and Oscar Madison are the two extremes, I'd rather be closer to Felix than Oscar! It sounds like it will work out just fine . . .

It's good to have a fastidious roomer, rather than the other kind, LOL. And if he likes rules, he probably won't mind yours; one would just hope he doesn't make up some of his own and try and have you live by them...
