That would tick me off too but, as the others say, with freezing an option it willl stock up for unexpected guests, or for those days one doesn't have time to cook.

my mom is like that too....and some of my sisters even knowing that still take their time getting there and eat right before they arrive...frustrates her to no end....but at least you have some great food for later in the week!

It's great to have goodies in the freezer for sudden 'drop-ins' - we have oodles of it, and sometimes we deplete the stock ourselves if nobody feels like cooking...
