You didn't imagine that, CCT - I've been thinking about relocating to a space all on one floor, since stairs are getting increasingly tough. That's still on the long-range plan, but nobody would buy this house with the wet basement situation, so that's got to be taken care of.

Pat A while ago you said you were moving. Did I imagine that? trouble is one does not know what kind of neighbours one will have. A lot of house here are built on flood planes and the trend to cement over gardens for car spaces must be part of the problem and of course buildings being pushed closer together.The rain has to go somewhere.
