i quit accepting friend requests unless i know the person...too many whackos out there!

That was somewhat of a strange sales approach, using Facebook like that. At least you weren't obligated to buy anything, or to get involved with the selling aspect at all. I was in a similar situation many, many years ago concerning fine china, and I can tell you this: don't believe them when they say that this person or that person is now earning this amount or that amount as a result of selling this particular product! They're usually exaggerating, and quite a bit too . . .

It is amazing how much technology has changed our lives with Facebook and how we can spread the word about events that we host...I wonder how well she will do with the business.
