whats great is that i buy that footlong sub and eat 1/2 then and the other half for dinner...i love to eat healthy and feel the difference when i dont

Like almost anything else, it usually comes to moderation. However, I think I would spread out the fast food over the course of the week, and perhaps even cut back on those cheese omelets. Eggs are a good source of iron and protein, but like anything else, you don't want to overdo it. And of course, too much cheese is bad for the system as well. Getting a good daily dose of fruits and vegetables is always good, and I've also read that, instead of having one or two large meals, we'd be better off with six or seven smaller meals throughout the day. No matter what though, I think you're on the right track . . .
