I liked Annicita's comment. Maybe other than Winter is unsettling to them. I hope a cub is on the way. Glad they had some Snow at any rate. They are beautiful creatures.

Even here those two would have been enjoying themselves and contributing to the survival of the species - with all the snow we've been getting here, they could have built an igloo, cuddle up and wait for Christmas...

Well, this makes me so happy. I don't know why
it matters that a couple of polar bears I don't even know got busy making babies, but it does. New cuddly innocent bouncing babies make me hopeful and happy even though I know they've got to grow up and find jobs and deal with inlaws and all...
