one of the suburbs next to us is known as tornado alley....thankfully it didn't hit there either

I am sure that in tornado alley there are many times people there hold their breaths and then breathe a deep sigh of relief when the destructive funnel passes.

I don't think I could stand that phenomenon A. I remember a wind that blew fifty Oak trees down over hundred years old. I would not like to experience tornadoes. That is how this spell checker calls.

We are fortunate in Maryland that we rarely have tornadoes. Thankfully, most of our warnings remain just that, warnings and not watches.

I've lived all my life in tornado alley. Been frightened many times. Seen a lot of damage afterwards. I'm very familiar with that green sky.
